My Relationship Manager(MY RM)
Every bank has their own HNW program and bank allot a Relationship Manager for their HNW customer. The respective Relationship Manager gives financial services to his clients and product & services which only pertain to their respective banks. When it comes to product & services being offered by competitive banks or financial institutions; the RM is usually tangential or blank for all obvious reasons. Further-more; Attrition of these relationship managers are also very high. This leads to a gap in service & advisory level inconsistency in the transition lap. Those RM’s product advisory is more skewed towards the ones from the stable of his employer Bank, and hence it is not in pure-customer-benefit alignment.
We at Jadepurple Investright understand the need for a Relationship Manager to its HNW clients. Here in Jadepurple Investright HNI clients can have their own RM who will give services to all banks, all financial institutions. The RM will Define Goals, Needs and Risk Tolerance; basis customer earnings & holdings and his short-term and long-term aspirations. Basis this, the RM will help to design an Investment Strategy and Portfolio Recommendation for the client. Post-finalization, the RM will Create and Implement Investment Selections; basis the strategy singled. This Advisory role is with pure customer benefit. Finally, will ensure continuous Monitoring of the portfolio and Consult with Client for all major & minor swings, achievements and gaps and for requisite actionable there-of.
